Albert Anthony Real Estate has approved a One Million Dollar GRANT for Builders and Developers to utilize towards Commissions paid for Professional Real Estate Services when selling Residential New Construction within the City of Pittsburgh; known as GRANT 21. GRANT 21 was inaugurated by Albert Anthony Real Estate in 2018 to celebrate their 21st year in business in Pittsburgh. As a Pittsburgh-based company established in 1997, Albert Anthony Real Estate has evolved from a neighborhood company, to a company that services all of Allegheny County and beyond; representing thousands of Sellers & Buyers over the years. As residential real estate new construction expands, so does The Albert Anthony Real Estate Company.
GRANT 21 is designed to acknowledge & support Builder | Developer Companies actively committed to quality residential new construction projects within Pittsburgh.
GRANT 21 funds to Pittsburgh Builders and Developer Sellers will expire at the end of 2021.
GRANT 21 funding contributions to Builder and Developer Sellers are received in the form of direct commission reductions on the listing side, at the time of each closing. All funds and support to Builders and Developers are contributed exclusively by Albert Anthony Real Estate.
Builders and Developers must complete written application for GRANT 21 and allow up to 20 days for approval decision.
